vRO is very good for you if you are using vmware product family. Successful integration with other products is provided

What do you dislike?

If you don't know the software language, stay away from this product. It's really complicated.

If you have software development skills, I would definitely recommend you to install and use this free product. But I'm telling the beginning, it's not easy

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use vRA to automate the setup of our servers. We need vRO for this. For example, we set the local admin on a created win machine via vRO.
