Great marketing platform, easy to work with and highly effective
What do you like best?
The user interface makes it easy to create new campaigns and monitor activity. The integration was also fairly simple and the ability to integrate with a feed really makes it a great product. I haven't used some of the other features, but simply having access to some email notifications, facebook notification, etc. looks like it will really prove useful in the future. I also like the ability to put in additional images and our logo for brand awareness and to improve our Click thru rate.
What do you dislike?
There isn't a way to bulk upload changes or audiences, which would save a lot of time. Also, when creating a browser notification, if you need to edit it or make a change, you have to recreate the entire notification rather than just editing the one that was already created. The functionality on Mac computers is much more less effective than on Chrome/Window computers. I don't think that is the fault of Vizury, but our Mac users have not been as high of converters as our Chrome/Windows users. It would be nice to either have GIF images allowed or videos so as to draw more attention to the notifications.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have captured a lot of abandoned cart customers by having a browser notification appear within an hour of them leaving the site. Several of those customers end up converting. We also target specific users by URL or by web interaction activity to give them a better experience.
