Advanced user of VizientThe dashboard to retrieve the clinical results and cases that our independent pharmacies are using and filling out is easy to manage and navigate.
There is not a lot of use for this platform in my specific department, so we only rely on it for one simple task that we cannot access in our other platforms. I wish there were more crossfunctionality in the clinical department and case/ratings.
We are able to login to the dashboard to grab clinical performance numbers for our members as well as see what cases they are completing and how many they are leaving on the table. It has steered our advisor conversations to let our members know where they can recoup missing funds and make more money.
