What do you like best?

I like how it notifies you that there is a visitor on your website and what pages they are visiting.

What do you dislike?

If you're on the basic package, you only have a few and very limited features. Also, not all information are populated like the email addresses available for that website/URL.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're a company looking for tools that can help you identify your website visitors and just need basic (super basic) stuff, then you can consider Visual Visitor. But if you're a company looking for growth, then I would recommend that you consider other tools which can be integrated well with your other applications and tools that will jump start your business growth.

There's only 2 tiers to choose from and is not flexible with their product offering.
