Customizable ROI tool with great customer support
What do you like best?
We have been able to deploy customized ROI calculators for several use cases and divisions across sales as well as are currently building a model for customer success to deliver QBRs. Their team has been fabulous in helping to provide best practice recommendations and ensuring what is being delivered is useful and usable.
What do you dislike?
There isn't anything I dislike, the implementation process took longer than I expected but that was due to our own challenges in identifying appropriate data assumptions that were agreed upon by both the sales team as well as signed off on by the business.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had at least a dozen different versions of an ROI calculator that sales had built for themselves in excel. Our challenge was that they weren't brand compliant, and we had no quality control to ensure that the calculations were correct. Since an ROI calculator was such a key part of the sales tool kit, we needed to find a solution that would allow control over the look and feel to ensure compliance as well as enable us to identify whether it was helping to drive deals forward. With VisualizeROI we are now able to see who is using the calculator, what the buyer inputs are, and what customers it's being used with.
