This is very easy to use and helps build a relationship with patient. It also makes it easy to verify their identity and see first hand their emotions, help asses their symptoms etc.

What do you dislike?

It can be difficult for the patients to set up their end of communication.

It is a new age and technology is only growing day by day. It allows your patient volumns to increase since it allows patients to be seen or issues handled virtually rather than an office visit that doesn't always get shown up too.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to handle non life threatening emergencies quicker as it serves as an in office visit that some patients aren't able to make it to
