Great for client engagement and capturing potential leads

What do you like best?

1) The administrative dashboard is user friendly

2) Customization features provided are well designed, including: canned messages, title of agent, color customization, etc.

3) Real time notifications via email once a user fills out a form

4) WordPress compatibility is good and easy to implement

5) The client facing chatbox has a nice design. It is not obtrusive, but still noticeable.

What do you dislike?

1) It is not mobile-friendly/responsive. Visitors to our site using mobile devices do not see VideoDesk

2) It would be nice to also have SMS notification, in additional to email, when a visitor to our site fills out a form.

3) Having a multi-language option would be good too

4) It would be nice to have a click-to-dial option

5) Seeing the IP address each time a prospect fills out a form would be helpful

6) It would be nice to be able to add additional fields, and select which ones are required and which are option

Very user friendly.

1) We are able to capture potential leads that would otherwise not be calling in or filling out our contact forms.

2) It allows potential prospects to contact us one on any page, without having to rely on page-specific contact forms or calls in

3) Client inquires can be captured 24/7

4) Allows us to provide better customer service, by providing more ways of accessibility

5) We can more selectively filter our qualified and non-qualified prospecs
