What do you like best?

Cognitech's Video Investigator has a ton of highlights that can assist you in solving various types of cases. I loved their Video Deblurring Software, Denoise, Segmentation, Reconstruction, and Resolution Enhancement. They do improvements and also add new features to their software. They are good at communication and coordination. They have customer support as well.

What do you dislike?

I have nothing major to put here. They started long back and know what they are doing. They are updating their software as per the requirement.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend you to go for it. It has a lot of tools and filters which can be very helpful to solve different kinds of mysteries. They have customer support as well so you won't face any issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have got a very complicated situation in our organization. We have CCTV cameras all over the place but the video was not clear and can't able to recognize the suspect. So we bought this software. It has so many tools that help us to solve that particular case. The major features which we used were Donoise, Deblur, Reconstruction, and visualization.
