What do you like best?

We use Report Exec as our standard reporting software for Public Safety, our dispatchers also use it. From the public safety side, I enjoy using report exec because it's very simple to use. It's possible to document almost everything, it's easy to review and print the reports.

What do you dislike?

I absolutely hate how slow the program is, now it can be a server issue aswell, but loading reports and searching old reports is extremely tedious and time consuming. Moreover, not being able to add information into the boxes is also very frustrating. I would like to see the narrative section improved, I usually type my narrative in word and end up pasting it into the narrative.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great platform for reporting, especially in security and investigations. Very easy to document workplace violence and incidents, very easy to print a detail report and have it ready for risk managment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am tracking our workplace violence reports, lost and found, helicopter, among several others. Report Exec allows me a painless and relatively quick way to gather the statistics I need.
