Good concept but chats keep disappearing and reappearing!

What do you like best?

Waiting for the user option is good. You should try innovating and integrating the chat from the Product window. A canned response is good but you should also have an autocorrect feature.

You should innovate a system where you also get the information of the page where the customer clicked on the chatbot. This will help you reduce the error or margin and personalize the service to the customer.

What do you dislike?

Online chats keep disappearing and reappearing!!! And chat getting disappeared without any trace and it comes back after 5-6 mins. Which is kind of an inconvenience.

There should be real-time support for the agents to use. The best would be an "i" icon where you can save the tutorial from the organization.

An AI to support the agent on a real-time basis where we can automatedly search what the user has asked the agent and populate the screen.

Image uploading option based on the customer's past history.(Today when customer is not able to perform a specific task he needs to be guided word by word) Where as a picture option will solve the problem. A picture speaks a thousand words.

Online chat and instant solutions to my users help me attend to multiple customers at the same time and optimizing the efficeincy to a good. The level where during convention call we will have to wait and queue system spoil the customer experience.
