Regardless of the Owner - Nobody was able to fix it
What do you like best?
Not much. The only attraction to the platform over the years is direct access to Yahoo properties including Yahoo Email.
What do you dislike?
Most of the things. Have been using this platform since it was Yahoo Gemini, then Oath then Verizon and at some point hoped there was a light at the end of the tunnel for the UI/UX...alas that is not to be.
I actively ask all the sales in our agency to not use it or promote it to clients in any way. The platform is hard to use, targeting is very meh compared to things like TTD, StackAdapt, and others. The support is non-existent and feels like Verizon either needs to take it seriously or kill this product off already.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't recommend using it as I think there are many better options out there.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This used to solve the ability to access Yahoo email advertising and have a bit more controllable Native that had a good engagement. This is no longer outweigh the ability to efficiently use the platform.
