What do you like best?

Installation and Configuration is easy.

Rollout was as simple as any other software.

Very good configuration options.

Exclusion by file type is very good.

What do you dislike?

The client agent though works most of the time, there will be occasions where it stops working for no reason at all. Troubleshooting the problem is a waste of time as nothing other than a reinstallation will resolve it.

The administration server tends to report that a backup process has failed on a client machine despite the backup completing without an error on the client side.

Reported backed up data size is not always accurate on the administration server.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your research before considering buying Veritas Desktop and Laptop Option. As everything seems to be going to the cloud, consider in investing on a product that has specialized cloud backup.

Local data backup for our endpoint clients. As I have said in my title, when it works, it works.
