Advanced user of Upside Business TravelVery easy to use! It is easy to see your trip as a whole when booking several different dates. It is very easy to go back and forth to see what you have already selected, or go back and add something else to your trip!
There really isn't a whole lot to dislike. The only thing that wasn't great was that I couldn't use my company card to pay for my rental car. I had to pay for the car when I picked it up. That could total just be the rental company policy, but I'm not sure. There was also (if I remember correctly) something with not being able to add my member number for my hotel, but I could have just done that wrong.
Recently I had to book a trip last minute. Flights, hotels, and a rental car. It took me 10 minutes to book everything! Everything was very clear and simple to use! I can't wait for my next trip so I can use Upside!
Currently, we do not have business credit cards for each employee. With Upside, we do not have to pass the company card around. Everything is in one place. Also, when I have traveled in the past, all of my itineraries and confirmations were all over the place. With Upside, all of my confirmation numbers were in one place. I just open the app and everything is there!
