Problems with continual, cumulative billing long after account close!

Uplead does have a good leads database/mechanism and the software works well.
What do you dislike?
Fortunately when I signed up I used Privacy.com which allows me to spin up credit cards that I use for specific vendors. It also allows me to pause or turn off a credit card. Without that feature, Uplead would by now, have charged me thousands and thousands of dollars that I would have had to fight to recover. Even after speaking to their customer service folks directly on not once, not twice but three times, who assured me they would turn off billing - even after all that, they still bill me every month and every month I get an email from Privacy.com thankfully declining their attempt. Not only do they try bill me for the current month, they have been adding all the previous months so the number just keeps getting bigger.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quality product. Just don't use a credit card you cannot turn off or pause.
