Working with Upfluence Cross Vertical for multiple brands
What do you like best?
We love the ability to have a CRM system which helps us with driving campaign's, recruit influencers and affiliates, a central communication hub and helps us to analyze our existing customer base to see if they would be brand ambassadors for our client.
What do you dislike?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything as Upfluence is a huge level up from the platform we were using. There are few "Nice to haves" we would love to see happen with some of your integration partners such as Refersion and Klayvio to help with onboarding, campaign management and how the information is shared between platforms. Also It would be great if you allowed Admins to assign roles/levels to users for sharing etc. With the current state in having a single level assigned to all users we are at risk with less experience employees deleting information or changing search parameters etc and there is no notification process of letting us know when someone makes a change to a campaign etc, so the only way to see the change unless the person tells us is reviewing information before we run a search.

Campaign Management - The ability to source partners and look at the KPI's associated with each campaign
Recruiting Affiliates and Influencers
IRM/CRM - Central repository for affiliate management and information
Asset Library - The ability to run a query by partner and see the assets generated by brand or campaign for reuse and posting which helps significantly on costs
Customer Sourcing - The ability to source customers and turn them into brand ambassadors
