Great tech, solid integrations, amazing people
What do you like best?
UpContent is a very easy platform to use with solid built-in integrations that you can take advantage of. Their developers continually release new features that only increase the product value that is received. It does a great job of curating quality third-party content for us.
What do you dislike?
It's not really UpContent's fault, but building search queries is notoriously difficult. It's tough to cast a net that's wide enough but not too wide. UpContent allows you to build your own queries through their platform, but they're always available to help as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't be disappointed. It's changed the way we find third-party content in such an important way.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're active on social media, which means we have to post to social media on a regular basis. We know it's unwise to continually share self-serving content to our audience, so we try to find third-party content that supports our main goals. It's tough to find third-party content that's "share-worthy" for social networks without a platform like UpContent. UpContent helps us curate quality content that fits our market, and we share it with our audience to help educate them. We save tons of time using UpContent by replacing janky Google Alerts that don't tend to warrant good quality results without significant digging. We don't have to hunt and peck near as much as we used to.
