What do you like best?

This program makes it easy to schedule and publish categorized content, actively listen in on (and learn from) any brand in the world, and engage with followers on any network all in one convenient place. You can create a stream for any keyword, hashtag, or brand, then follow how it performs over time, even filtering posts by positive or negative sentiment and level of engagement.

What do you dislike?

I think the program could have a more sleek look to it.

Solves problems such as audience engagement, time management and listening to customers impressions. I realized that they are able to achieve active listening and I think that's important for any marketing professional to understand. It helps me stay informed about how my target audience reacts to content online.
