Controling the costs of print.

What do you like best?

I like being able to assign "quota's" to users so they can 1- be more aware of how much they are printing and 2- know the value of each job. They reduce usage and will self-monitor the need to print an item and its value.

What do you dislike?

I have been very pleased with this. I guess if I had to dislike something it would be not knowing about this sooner!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Less print, less paper, less waste, less color vs black and white. Fairness to employees for their print needs and costs.
