What do you like best?
User friendly , Easy to understand if you had used similar before. I had raised one query on their customer support web and i got solution within 2 hours. Great support.

Little lagging part else everything is fine
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I was developing clearpath application so some error had occured and i raised query on customer support . But later after 2 hours they called me and gave solution. Nice experience.
