UltraCamp takes care of ALL camping and conference center needs within an integrated system for an affordable price that is mostly based off of per/registration model (some of the modules below were an extra fee).

-Event Registrations (which includes all medical information)

-Facility and Equipment Rentals

-Donor Relations

-Online and In-Person Sales

-Reporting

What do you dislike?

They do not have a great solution for staffing processes.

UltraCamp is the most cost effective solution for camp software if you need to bundle registrations, facility rental, donor, medical and merchandise. Their reporting is extremely robust with the ability to customize reports.

There are so many benefits from using UltraCamp. They have thought of everything, and their customer service team is superior to my experience with other camping software providers.
