What do you like best?
The best thing about CampWorks is how user friendly it is - the system itself is very easy to understand and intuitive. They offer fairly infrequent updates, and training blogs for interested parties. Overall, a very positive experience.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes, the CampWorks software was slow to run, speaking to either a poor connection on my part but more likely an issue with the framework of the actual site.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Using CampWorks has allowed us to create a more personalized approach to community building, and really helped to zero in on the things that we can improve and work on.
