What do you like best?
UKG Partner Community, Frequent Updates, the ability to submit requests for enhancements, UKG focusing on customers and implementing their suggestions & Customer Service & Support
What do you dislike?
Java in earlier versions - but migration is always an option and technically it's not a UKG issue, it's a Java issue. The Intouch battery recall was an issue for customers also. I would love the ability to integrate more biometric-enabled third-party data capture devices more easily also
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is key to know your business, challenges, culture and requirements and also have your key stakeholders on board including project and change management for a smooth implementation. If that is not in place, you will definitely need an excellent partner and dedicated resources with the requisite influence and authority to help source and commit the necessary resources on board at the right time and for the duration needed. The requirements and pain points are key, because those provide a basis for assessing the effectiveness and ROI of the implementation; they also help to provide a means to keep the team on track when multiple issues, disagreements and agendas arise during meetings.
