Advanced user of TypeformYou don't need an onboarding for this. It's simple, classic, drag and drop, and hands down, the best possible place to create a survey. I got to understand my customers' thoughts and understanding in a much better way. There's an option where you can create conversational forms that will allow users to focus on questions one at a time.

Fortunately, Typeform hasn't disappointed me yet. I've been using it for almost 3 years now. I just faced one minor issue - We tried integrating it with Hubspot was not that smooth. We did have some issues during integration initially. But it's been a while and I guess, it's easy to use now.
If you're planning to create customer/client surveys from scratch and you want a fully customized form that does not take a long time, go for Typeform. If you think it's costly, wait till you get all those responses from your survey. It's quite appealing.
