Trustmary is very easy to use and provides excellent methods of gathering feedback and showing them.

What do you like best?

Setting up the system is super easy and you access via a browser. Basically you can gather first feedback in an hour. And another hour to publish reviews/feedbacks to your website. The whole process is done easy, clear and simple but still support full customization. I like that with Trustmary we have a great system for feedback and as addition we can show it to the world and generate more sales with it.

What do you dislike?

At the moment the generated report output is .xlsx, would love to have visually appealing PDF-file or something available out of reports also.

But have to say that in the dashboard you see the overview, summary and details of answers clearly and easily.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

First is to know our customer satisfaction better. We can find out where we succeed and where we haven't fulfilled our promises. We listen our customer better and believe that feedback gives us the tools to improve. Second is that we can show authentic references on our websites, and that is appealing to our website users, so it gives boost to our sales. And finally we save time when we have created our feedback system, we don't have to ask every customer separately how did things go -> Trustmary gives us the tools to do it more efficiently.
