What do you like best?

Price is reasonable, much lower than competitors with equivalent software. Great for messaging patients before appointments to verify or confirm that the patient will be attending. Support seems to want to help as soon as they are made aware of any issues you have. They did not have any extravagant start-up costs, nor did they make us sign any user agreement contractual for more than a month to month. Great for messaging photos if a patient cannot explain what the issue is that they are having. Messages are instant, and there is no delay when sending through a web-based platform is pretty impressive.

What do you dislike?

I had a couple of issues onboarding; review invites were not sending immediately. Once notified, they credited the account—no direct phone line to speak to a person. Most support is online messaging. I wish they had a phone line for help; it took me about five messages to solve something that could've been taken care of with one phone call.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is fantastic for increasing online reviews without all the extra work of texting or recommending in the office that the patients log into an account and review us. It automatically sends the invites to review for you. Great for contacting patients that prefer texting over a phone call for confirmations. Also, a handy tool for getting insurance cards before appointments to confirm eligibility.
