What do you like best?
The customer service and the xls add on tool.
What do you dislike?
The reporting interface is not very user friendly. Also, publishers have access to a different interface, which has caused issues with impression discrepancies.

Trueffect is great for agencies that wants to be hand-on with trafficking. Their customer service is outstanding and always helpful with troubleshooting or addressing trafficking questions
