What do you like best?

The platform provides a clean look and feel for users and is visually appealing. The navigation is fairly easy to follow and search functionality expedites the process to find what you're looking for.

What do you dislike?

The site is not dynamic for all uses. The overall user experience can be clunky and inefficient for users that need to quickly complete their order. Enhancements to the product are time consuming and not always feasible, making it difficult to continue to improve the overall experience for users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had a need to create a user-friendly experience that simplifies the ordering process and provides our users with an efficient process for ordering print materials.
