Advanced user of TripCase CorporateTripcase allows our agents to instantly generate and email itineraries and invoices to our travelers from Sabre simply by typing a single, short command. Being an admin of the tool for our company, I also like that I was able to customize our text and add our logo.
Occasionally, there are inexplicable delays with the automation, specifically in terms of the delivery of emails.
Shop around. We have been presented with alternative, comparable solutions that have our attention and seem worth further consideration, although our "road warriors" are completely addicted to Tripcase and might be less willing to consider a change.
Prior to activating Tripcase, our process was much more time-consuming. We were using Sabre's Virtually There, but the old export tool wasn't as comprehensive and still required some cutting, pasting, and in some cases, translating of industry codes/terms. Tripcase worked out those kinks for us, and I like that the users can also view e-tickets and invoices as PDFs attached to the email.
