Advanced user of TripActionsWhenever I have a question about a booking or need help adjusting a reservation, the agents in the chat are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and solve the issue on the first try. There's never a long wait to get assistance in the chat, and I appreciate the peace of mind to know that there's always someone to help as needed.
Sometimes there are issues making simple changes, like moving from one flight to another, and the system will not allow you to perform the action, so you rely on the support team to take care of something that should be easy. That can be frustrating and time consuming.
I love that the system shows me previous flights that I've booked so I don't have to go back and look it up each time I book. Same with previous hotel bookings. That is a huge time saver for me. I love that I can also make personal bookings using the system so I can easily verify if I have time off when booking future business travel.
