Easy to use and integrate with other services

What do you like best?

I am loving the Tribe platform. It's been really easy to set up. I've also really enjoyed how easy it is to integrate notifications to Slack so we can keep up with what's happening on the Community pages at all times.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really to dislike. More features can be added but like all software, I am sure this will happen over time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're bringing our users together in a community so they can talk to each other about how they like to use and interact daily our software, and get more ideas on how we can improve our service. Clients are engaging even more than we anticipated and are even discussing shared ideas outside of our software relevant to their industry expertise, which is great in terms of bringing them all together.
