Difficult to use app with a good purpose

What do you like best?

I like the mission of Trees Count that Texas A&M founded, and that it can be accessed basically worldwide by ESRI users.

What do you dislike?

Trees Count is an app-only "software" that makes it difficult for all users to obtain when primarily ESRI products are through desktop or online versions. Trees Count is also difficult to use and difficult to integrate with any other ESRI products. I, for instance, was unable to use the sign in option for my ESRI ArcGIS online account that was offered, even when the username and password were correct...

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This seems more like a hobby app than a professional one so far. With some integrated changes, this could be an awesome asset to community building/planning professionals worldwide!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Trees Count primarily as an aside program from strictly business benefits. Although I professionally work with ESRI, ArcGIS accounts, and even city-wide asset inventorying, I don not use Trees Count to further these tasks because of its integration issues.
