What do you like best?
TractionNext is a priceless tool because of which campaign management is no longer a great deal for us. Now we can have all our contacts and competition details all in one place. and also assisted us in our conversations and after it, campaign workflow has become quite smooth. we can have a view of our emails, SMS, promotions and can also conduct surveys pretty effortlessly. It has many other features like that of management of the list, library for images, template management, and subscriber management too. All these are available to us on this single platform and also at a highly amazing price.
What do you dislike?
I think there must be the presence of cellphone-optimized emails and unfortunately, it is missing in it. Using this facility we would have been able to manage emails using a phone which would be handier.
