What do you like best?

I like that it is a simple Chrome plugin that takes very little setup. I also like the level of detail it dumps into the Trello card when it is created. I am surprised that this is a free plugin, as it competes directly with other solutions that are not cheap.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I have had people on my team get spammed with chrome notifications that Tracey generated. The problem does not always happen, but it has been an issue for a few people.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are using Trello, this is the easiest way to get bug reports from your team into your task management system.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using Tracey to report small fixes on our website. It is perfect for when an employee finds a small spelling error or stylistic error, they can report it to the development team Trello immediately.
