What do you like best?

First thing, it is at a competitive price to its peer competitors. We wanted to give it a try, and yes we were successful in justifying the ROI on the spend. It helped a lot in our promotions and branding activities and with the most updated content. I must also recognize the support team they have, they are indeed always available and understand your needs and help to organize campaigns in a better manner. I have a great experience using Totus which we started out as a trial implementation but gradually used for a very long time.

What do you dislike?

I think it needs more of a training before we can have the optimal use of it. Training does take sometime, but once you know you can hit the spot.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is good platform for analysing your promotional/branding activites as well as other marketing activites, but give you a great start if you have folks who are experienced using such platforms.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to track down or analyze the promotional/branding activities and how they are impacting our business revenue, with the analytic metrics we were able to.
