Advanced user of TotalViewI like that this is a quick and easy way to manage our customer service department to ensure we have enough people staffed to handle incoming calls.
At times it can be a bit tedious to add/adjust agent's schedules. The icons are very small. There are also days where the predictions for call volume are extremely skewed.
We are using this to predict incoming call volume and adjust our staffing accordingly.
