What do you like best?

A dual pane interface made simple, advanced functionality (search, rename, synchronize) that can be further extended by plugins, the asynchronous copy/move, its powerful viewer (also extendable by plugins), it has a built-in diff viewer and you can customize everything on it.

What do you dislike?

The UI is kinda dated and has a steep learning curve but there lies its power; you can do practically everything file management requires.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The UI is kinda scary the first time but if you invest time to configure it you can do practically anything file management requires without need to lift your hand from the keyboard

All things file management, for synchronizing folders to advanced renaming, from quick viewing to advanced searching and every built-in functionality can be further extended by plugins. For everything imaginable in file management TC will do it or TC has a plugin that can do it.
