The most valuable tool you never knew you needed

What do you like best?

It's difficult to explain the true value of this tool until you've experienced it yourself. Only once you've implemented this tool do you realise how little control you had over all your SaaS systems before. Torii opened up our eyes to the world of shadow IT and has allowed us to regain control of our environment without being invasive to users.

It has built in integrations to many of the tools we already use and has been key in creating a better offboarding process for employees who leave the company. We can offboard an employee and know that Torii will handle removing the user from every system they used while they worked at the company. Again this is one of those things that you don't realise how big of an issue it was before until you start managing it properly through a tool like Torii

All round Torii is one of the most valuable IT tools we have and the Torii team are always there for us whenever we need them.

What do you dislike?

There's some more work that needs to be done of customising workflow events such as allowing HTTP endpoints. This would better help us integrate Torii into existing business flows.

I'd also like to see more work done on the 'security' feature which could help us prioritise the systems that require review.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's helped us create an application lifecycle for onboarding and reviewing new systems.

License management has saved us money on wasted licenses and the system as a whole has helped us consolidate multiple systems into one. It is the backbone IT tool that the company aren't aware of but makes their day to day so much better than before.
