What do you like best?

I t's a fairly good software. It's user friendly.

What do you dislike?

It's slow, but we have an old version. The newer or updated software might offer more benefits which could be more beneficial to the property. This is 55 an older property. They don't really like a lot of online reporting, payments etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is an older version. better to go with the newer version.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since this is an old version and it has not been set up properly or over the years they ended changing things. It just help me to get the monthly financials done.
