What do you like best?

I can call my dev at any time and get help or make suggestions. They are super easy to work with and very responsive. They have taken a huge workload off my shoulders! I know I can count on them each month to deliver!

What do you dislike?

I haven't disliked anything thus far. In a perfect world, we could handle everything ourselves. However, time doesn't always allow for that, and TOT had both the technological solution I needed and the team to put in the work, so I didn't have to.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As I said, they are very easy to work with. So, if you think you may need Token of Trust's services, I would jump in with both feet. The worst that could happen is you decide you didn't need something along the way. I am glad we got on board early. As my industry changes, TOT stays right along, updating and taking care of things.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They are handling our age verification for e-commerce, as well as preparing our reports needed to comply with the PACT ACT.
