TOTALogistix has brought the efficiencies and savings a TMS makes possible to small and midsized shippers.
Combining a powerful, advanced proprietary shipping engine and intuitive, user-friendly interface, the system enables employees, even those without logistics experience, to generate immediate cost savings without compromising service. When things change, your system adapts. Shipping an order is no longer a tedious process. Thanks to interconnected systems your TMS will pull relevant order data from the ERP and provide all your carrier options with transit times across modes giving you the power to choose. This can also be automated based on business rules you specify.
Once the order is shipped, the system will notify your customer and provide them with tracking information, no more WISMO (where is my order) calls. Your service can now be proactive about managing orders and their status.

Positive Experience with TMS - TOTALaccess

What do you like best?

The TMS that TOTALogistix (TLX) custom developed for Tingley Rubber acheived all of Tingley's Business needs for an economical cost. TLX's support team has been and is extremely responsive when an error occurs or something needs to be adjusted.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see the TMS work more like a database, for research purposes, than it currently does, but based on my experience with TLX we may be able to achieve this in the future.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Currently, we are optimizing our carrier selection method. In the near future, we hope to consolidate shipments.
