Support Staff makes it worth it
What do you like best?
I like that TIPWeb is automatically updated when our student or staff population changes. There is no extra steps to add or remove people. The most helpful thing about TIPWeb is the lone star support team. I'm starting to think the lone star is literally just Angie. She is very responsive and follows up with you
What do you dislike?
I feel like I have to do multiple clicks to get where I need to be. The software isn't intuitive, but it could be like that so that it can flexible enough to manage a variety of assets.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving our messy technology inventory throughout the school district. The biggest benefit is having a clear picture of how many devices you have, how many you've circulated recently and to whom.
