We invented real-time pulsing for employee feedback because customers said traditional engagement tools are overly complex, take too long to administer and become a bottleneck between collecting and taking action on employee feedback – often taking months or work for an annual survey.
For 2020, we’ve extended our platform beyond our best in class Pulsing technology. Now you can have a single platform that for engagement, social recognition, flexible surveys, full survey library – with Pulsing.
The benefit is a single solution for everyone at your company to easily, and quickly get and give actionable feedback in real-time.
Unlike alternative tools that use the traditional model, we built our platform around easy to use, real-time pulsing and being a safe place to give feedback.

Great employee engagement tool...and always getting better
What do you like best?
Honestly there is not much I DON'T like about TINYpulse Engage. Two of the most compelling aspects of TINYpulse are: How easy it is to navigate and use, as an administrator and as an employee participant; and How TINYpulse is consistently improving upon their platform and tool to make the experience more robust, relevant, and user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike is that we don't have the capacity organizationally to really leverage TINYpulse to its fullest. While it is easy to use, there are aspects and features within the system that take strategy and coordination (in other words - time! :)) to do really well. We're not there yet.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One of the biggest problems we are solving, that was revealed in an Employee Engagement Survey a few years ago, is creating the space for our employees' voices to be heard. We currently have about 800 employees and TINYpulse offers a way for all of those people to contribute to our culture, to how we change and evolve, to identifying challenges and how to solve them.
