A platform well-suited to keep track of employee hours worked and working schedules
What do you like best?
Allows for easy access to your work schedule and is a convenient method of clocking in and out when necessary, as all those functions can be provided through one single entity (aka TWS).
What do you dislike?
If you were to come to work late, TWS would not allow you to clock in, hence needing written approval from the manager (even though hours have to get approved by management anyway after clocking in and out of TWS).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Time Well Scheduled (TWS) allows an employer to send and receive messages from other fellow employees (and vice versa) through a mail system that connects employees through a more internal network. The platform also allows employees to make time-off requests easily and can be easily approved/declined as necessary by management. And to recap, the clocking in-and-out system is very simple and reliable most of the time, hence allowing for better management of working records and smoothing out the flow of business on that end.
