Best tool if you want to track your regulatory projects which are zero Budget but need execution
What do you like best?
The best tool to go for your team level timesheet tracking and also the approval from the Managers, especially when you are working in the distributed environment and task level effort tracking for Regulatory projects becomes challenging, and you can not create a pseudo code in the GBS modules (originally used for your main projects which are billable)
What do you dislike?
Few pointers are worth mentioning
1. Reports generated are basic which are missing out on some key features like Actual vs. Targeted KPI's
2. Mobile app version is less user friendly and missing some key features
3.Different Billing or Charge COde creation is not customizable to a large extent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Mobile App version is very basic and can be improved to large extent by the team
