What do you like best?

I like the time tracking automation that the software offers and I like the ease of use that it comes with on mobile devices on both android and apple phones.

What do you dislike?

Some employees are not a fan of the geofencing. Some of them see it as an intrusion into their privacy and whereabouts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would highly recommend that you start with the free trial period and see if you like it. I would also make sure that every employee has a compatible phone before you choose to implement the software, and if they do not then make sure that you have computers that your employees can access when they need to clock in and clock out.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One issue is when an employee's phone does not have a signal or the issue of them consistantly forgetting to login and punch their time card. Going back to fix the issue can be tedious when you have minial staff.
