The system was a game changer for me. I was spending hours tracking timesheets down and figuring out employee's hours. With TSM it is a breeze. I highly recommend the app. Thanks Bob

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was very pleasantly surprised how easy the system was to get started. Some of our employees were not happy that they had to download another app. After using the system for a few weeks most of them are very happy about how easy it is to use. They like the prompts that they receive right before their shift starts and ends. We no longer hear “I forgot to punch in or out.”
We are still learning the system. There are many great futures that we are not using yet. I am looking for to taking advantage of all the features that the system offers. So far, the experience has been great. I love the support that we get from Bob and all the techs at TSM. They have been so helpful. I highly recommend trying out TSM.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
No more timesheets. We know exactly when our caregivers are clocked in. so much easier to keep track of hours worked
