What do you like best?

Time IQ is easy and intuitive to use. Until Time IQ, I've always found entering time to be a headache. I would track my time in an excel document, then enter it at the end of the day. Time IQ is so easy to use and intuitive, that I now track my time in the app as I go. I love that you can start the timer or just put in a set amount of time. Plus, it's easy to use on mobile.

What do you dislike?

For our company, we need to hit a certain number of working hours each week. We've divide that time by the number of days, and set each day with those total hours as the goal. It's great that it gives you a reminder if you don't meet your daily goal; however, it doesn't take the overall week into consideration. For instance, I may work an extra hour one day and one hour less the next day. Because of how it's set up, I have to manually move the extra hour on the one day to the day with the missing away, just to get rid of the warning that I haven't met my goal.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The whole team now uses Time IQ, and everyone is pleased with it. Now that we're all tracking time easily, we can better determine how our time is divided and what we should be charging clients.
