What do you like best?
TimeDoctor is very nice time tracker that is not so harassing as hubstaff is. It is better fit for development work because activity calculations are not so strict. There is pretty good stats for pure time use and work done. Also a lot of statistics for application use. Payoneer integration is good as well. I've never used mobile app personally but colleagues says that it is good one and it is very easy to use. There is payment history as well. You can view your screenshots for days, weeks and tasks. Screenshots with low activity are marked as well.
What do you dislike?
iOS app has a memory leak somewhere. If you are not restarting it for several days, it will end up with several GBs in RAM. Also that menu small window with current task and time and play/stop button, you never know where to put it. I think this window is not the best solution and info in dropdown menu from application bar would bee much more usable. You cannot just delete screenshot if something went wrong, it will keep record that you deleted screenshot (maybe this is good point for management).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are tired from hubstaff then you are better to switch to timedoctor.

Solving remote work control problem. All team is remote and somehow workhours need to be tracked. Time doctor is the tool that is doing it good and developers are not always worried about activity score and managers are not worried about pure control and lack of information.
