What do you like best?

In emergency situations when things need to be done urgently, instead of walking back over to your pc you can remote to your pc instead. Saves alot of time and hassle. I work in a few different buildings so I always need to be in and out of them, Tightvnc saves me alot of time.I work in a few different buildings so I always need to be in and out of them, Tightvnc saves me alot of time.

What do you dislike?

Not much downsides in my opinion, I have been using TightVNC for 3 years and it is extremely helpful every time I use it. Literally trying to think of anything i dislike about it and I cant think of any. Very great product, I would recommend this product to anyone in an work office environment. Great product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problem solving issues, computer troubleshooting. Normally i would have to walk back to the work building and then walk back to my workstation but in urgent times I can remote to my workstation using a colleagues computer. Saves me alot of time and also get the problems solved much quicker.
