What do you like best?

I've tested all the to do apps and all of them were missing at least one function that I wanted in a to do app. Ticktick 'ticked' all the boxes: lots of different android widgets, lots of options to set up tasks (especially repeating tasks), works with Getting Things Done method, very intuitive UI.

On top of that, it is actively being developed and they listen to their community. I have been using it since shortly after they launched and it keeps getting better and better.

What do you dislike?

Support was not super friendly or helpful (although I have not had to contact support for more than a year now).

Other than that I can't really find any dislikes about this app.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It keeps me organized: personal & business calendar, personal to do list and I manage my business projects in Ticktick. I follow the Getting Things Done philosophy to organize my tasks per project. That way I can see what needs to be done now, in the future, what's waiting for a response/date, and what doesn't require my immediate attention.

Ticktick pretty much organizes my life.
